报告摘要：Cell signalling pathways are complex systems due to a large number protein species, different isoforms, and multiple regulations. Mathematical model is a powerful tool to understand the complex regulation mechanisms of the cell signalling pathway. In this talk we will first introduce the biological principles of cell signalling pathway. Using the MAP kinase pathway as the example, we will discuss different mathematical models and simulation techniques for this pathway.
