Abstract:The fractional equations have many applications in anomalous diffusion, Levy flights, high density population, quasi-geostrophic flows and so on. First, I will introduce some pointwise regularity results and maximum principles in unbounded domains for fractional elliptic equations, then illustrate how to derive monotonicity and one-dimensional symmetry.
