报告摘要: I will discuss recent progress in the study of regularity properties for solutions to the non-cutoff Boltzmann equation. The talk will present new estimates, structural insights, and analytical tools that clarify how the singular, non-cutoff collision kernel induces smoothing effects and influences the qualitative behavior of solutions. I will also highlight several open problems and directions for future research in this area.
