Abstract:In this talk, first we will introduce some notations about Yang-Mills Metrics and Yang-Mills-Higgs pairs. Then we will talk the weakly stable Yang-Mills-Higgs pairs on S^n (n>3). We prove that the connection is Yang-Mills and the model of the Higgs field is constant while n=4 and the connection is flat and the model of the Higgs field is constant while n>4.
