 麻常利,河北师范大学数学科学学院教授,博士生导师。主要从事代数组合与编码理论方面的研究工作。与王仰贤、霍元极教授合作,出版学术专著一部《矩阵结合方案》,主持国家自然科学基金两项。

Abstract:Self-dual bases and normal bases of the finite field $\mathbb{F}_{q^n}$ over $\mathbb{F}_q$ have been found to be very useful in many fields, such as arithmetic, Fourier transform, coding theory, cryptography, etc. In this talk, $k$-Frobenius self-dual bases are introduced as a generalization of self-dual bases. We discuss the relationship between $1$-Frobenius self-dual bases and self-dual normal bases, and determine the number of $1$-Frobenius self-dual bases when $q$ is even.
